Terms of Service

By using Verimo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" means the Verimo ATS web application and associated APIs.
  • "Tenant" means a company or organization that has registered to use the Platform.
  • "User" means any individual authorized by a Tenant to access the Platform.
  • "Candidate" means a job applicant whose data is processed through the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious software or attempt to breach Platform security
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

4. Data Processing

As a data processor, Verimo processes candidate data on behalf of Tenants. Tenants are the data controllers and must ensure they have a lawful basis for processing candidate data under GDPR.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are based on the selected plan. Payment is processed via Mollie. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

Verimo retains all rights to the Platform and its intellectual property. You retain all rights to your data.

7. Confidentiality and Security

You must maintain the confidentiality of your account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained according to the GDPR retention period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Verimo's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brussels.
